Fee Structure
We only charge a success-based fee. After completing a patent sale, license, or purchase, we charge our client a commission based on the completed transaction amount. We bear the cost of all our expenses incurred when working on the transaction. The success-based commission is our only charge.

There is no up-front or retainer fee. We only charge a success-based commission: after the patent owner receives payment for a patent sale or license, we receive a share of revenue.
